Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Money Order from Banks or Post Office or International Postal Money Order in US Funds. Personal and Company Checks Must be in US funds from a USA mainland bank. Name and address must be printed on the check. Checks must clear before an item can be shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days.

Your Warranty is...
the manufacturer's warranty on new merchandise. All used equipment is sold in good faith and we offer our own 60-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair of the equipment for defects not resulting from post-purchase alteration, misuse or damage. Customers purchasing by phone, mail or internet will have seven days from receipt of equipment to inspect test and, if unsatisfied, return the product to QCC for refund of the purchase price only.

Return Policy

Please contact us before making any returns so that we may have opportunity to resolve any problems you may be having.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when we shipped it, and must be accompanied by all accessories included in the original packing. Customers returning merchandise are responsible for shipping cost. Returns after 7 days (if accepted) are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Many items that are in our Collectible selection are sold for their collectible value only. They are not covered by any warranty. New items- No refunds on New items. Defective items will sent to originating manufacture for service and repair and returned to you. Used Items- must be in the same condition as originally shipped.
Item must be shipped prepaid to Quality Camera Company.
No COD or "shipping charges collected" will be accepted.
